Now, as a seasoned permaculture educator and herbalist, Jennifer is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion with others.
With years of experience in teaching workshops Jennifer has a unique blend of expertise that spans traditional canning methods to modern preservation techniques. Her workshops are not just about learning a skill but also about understanding the science and art behind it, ensuring participants can safely and confidently preserve their harvests.
