In this workshop, Yuliia Kaminka will teach you how to make pickled tomatoes and a delicious Ukrainian spread known as, ‘ikra’ or zucchini caviar. Ikra is a popular spread that served as an appetizer for bread and crackers. Impress your future guests with this delicious and tangy spread that is enjoyed all year round. All supplies will be provided.
