Pampushky are Ukrainian buns with savoury or sweet fillings on the inside. In this full- day tutorial, participants will learn how to make a perfect batch of pampushky from scratch! Instructor Daria Luciw will teach participants how to mix a batch of dough and create different fillings for the pampushky. Participants will also roll, cut, fill, pinch, and fry their own pampushky, with enough to take home at the end. Recipes will be given at the workshop.
