Pampushky are a staple dessert item in every Ukrainian household. Delicious deep-fried buns that are filled with a sweet or savoury filling. Yuliia Kaminka will teach you how to make these irresistible buns filled with cottage cheese and delicious ‘Horishok’ and ‘Mandryk’ cookies. ‘Horishok’ is a soft cookie that is filled with a sweet caramel filling (condensed milk and nuts). ‘Mandryk’ cookies are filled with cottage cheese and poppyseed. All materials will be provided.
