Nalysnyky are also known as Ukrainian crepes, as they consist of various sweet or savory fillings wrapped in a thin crepe-like cake layer. In this workshop, Yulia Kamkina will teach participants how to create their own nalysnyky. Participants will make various fillings for their nalysnyky and will learn the techniques for wrapping them. Samples will be made in the class to take home!
