Marchyshyn’s Home Meat Market
Perfecting the art of fire smoked Ukrainian garlic sausage and pepperoni since 1925
Since 1925 Marchyshyn’s Home Meat Market has perfected the art of homemade fire smoked Ukrainian Garlic Sausage and Pepperoni. They use 100% pork, fresh garlic, salt, and pepper: four ingredients is all you need. Our unique pepperoni flavouring comes from a special blend of natural peppers and spices. Both the garlic sausage and pepperoni are cooked in a wood fire smokehouse oven, the same way it was back in 1925.

Widynowskis Ukrainian Original
Baba Widynowski’s Original Sausage Recipe
Widynowski’s Sausage House was founded in 1984 by brothers-in-law, Robert Widynowski and Greg Hawryluk. The idea to start the business was spurred on by rave reviews from many friends who had sampled a homemade batch of sausage that Robert’s parents had made. With a recipe in hand and ambition afoot the men leased a building on 118 Avenue and began to produce sausage with a hand-crank grinder and stuffer. The rest, as they say, is history.
