Maryka Gulka-Chabluk

Maryka Gulka-Chabluk is a folk singer, songwriter from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her passion for Ukrainian song and dance has opened doors to performing for Pope John Paul II, audiences in Italy, Japan, Australia, United States, and throughout Canada, sharing the stage with Jim Carey, Rich Little, and The Nylons. Maryka is an accomplished performer having previously released three very successful Ukrainian vocal recordings with “Duet Maryna”.

Her newest project is performing for families. So, let the children play instruments, march in a parade, jump like frogs, make borscht, and dance like butterflies to the sounds of Maryka’s Treasures! Sung from the heart, this collection of interactive childrens’ songs skillfully blends together Ukrainian ideas, Christian values, fun, learning, and laughter by creating stories and themes with exciting melodies and arrangements.
