Irene Pyzyk

Growing up within the Ukrainian community in Edmonton and being apart of many Ukrainian organizations, allowed me to get involved and develop a love for Ukrainian culture and art. I started potting in my teens and have been working with clay and other artistic materials for many decades in my different homes in Toronto, Scotland, Ukraine and Edmonton.

After many years, my return to Edmonton has again provided me with the opportunity to become involved with the Ukrainian community here and to spend more times developing my creative self and especially my love for clay.
