The Lenten Cookbook is a collection of vegan and vegetarian recipes compiled by the Ukrainian Women’s Association of Canada Olha Kobylianska Branch in Saskatoon. This cookbook provides many Ukrainian recipes using no meat, dairy, or egg products and provides explanation on fasting, why it is done, the health benefits, and etiquette.
