In this workshop, Yulia Kamkina will teach participants how to make two Ukrainian staple foods: Varenyky and Holubtsi! Yulia will show the methods and techniques used to make these foods from scratch, and participants will take home a pot of their own Holubtsi and Varenyky. Potato-onion and potato-sauerkraut varenyky will be made.
